Gado - Gado (Indonesian Salad)


Gado Gado is one of the foods that come from Indonesia in the form of vegetables are boiled and blended into one,
with seasoning or sauce of crushed peanuts with sliced ​​egg and fried onions sprinkled on top
and little chips fried crackers are also some that use shrimp crackers.
Gado-Gado can be eaten just like a salad with herbs / peanut sauce, but can also be eaten with white rice.

material:
kale
potato

cabbage

Seasonings:
3 lime leaves
2 stalks lemongrass
200ml water
400ml coconut milk

Spices that:
250gr peanuts (fried / roasted)

Java 150gr sugar (palm sugar)
3sdm sweet soy sauce
salt
sugar

Method:
All cooked vegetables and boiled eggs.
Seasoning mashed and sauteed with a little oil until fragrant, add kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass and coconut milk and finally entered the water.
